Shipping & Delivery

Orders processed before 12 noon to UK Mainland addresses are shipped that day on a next business day service, we use either DPD for smaller orders or Freightroute for pallet deliveries.

Orders processed before 12 noon to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and The Isle of Man will also be despatched the same day but usually have a 3 - 5 day delivery time.  

Delivery is free to UK Wholesale customer ordering 80+ bags of Dinky Donut Mix.

All our online transactions are processed through Barclays ePDQ system. Barclays handle the payment process ensuring high levels of security. We urge all customers to sign up to the VISA / MASTERCARD Authentification process. This is an additional security check that benefits both the consumer and retailer from fraudulent transactions.

Returns & Replacements


You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the above instructions. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period. To do so, simply email contact@dinkydonuts.co.uk or write to us at: Time Leisure Ltd T/A Dinky Donuts, Nene Court, The Embankment, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1LD. In any case, you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of receipt of the goods).  

Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or refund. The Free Gift product is the product illustrated, no alternative products are offered. If you later return items in your order for a refund you must also return the free gift item or otherwise agree to purchase it at the full retail price.

Ordering

Orders placed and paid for before 12noon will be despatched the same day. orders place after 12 will be despatched the next working day.

Barclaycard ePDQ Secure Payments 

Dinky Donuts uses Barclaycard's ePDQ as our preferred payment method. This allows you to make payment with your Debit or Credit cardWe do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. 

When making a purchase on our website, you will be directed to Barclays’ secure payment page where you can pay by credit, debit or charge card. Barclays will use your details to process the transaction with your bank and handle the payment to Dinky Donuts. Your sensitive data is protected by Barclaycard ePDQ as they are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
