Consisting of 600 cc Diesel Mega Chassis cab, special converted chassis, special Evolution Catering body manufactured in 3 element 30 mm insulated panels with exclusive interlocking corners, special curved hatch, GRP roof, fitted out with a choice of donut machines, two worktop's, gas supply, two sinks and 20 litre gas tea boiler.
THE EQUIPMENT
Semi Automatic machine. 100’s of these machines are in use and because they operate on gas and 12 volt there is no requirement for a generator or external power. The machine drops a correct amount of mix into the oil, the donuts are manually by the operator. The out-put of this machine is 700 dinky donuts per hour.
